In the last 20 years, I would have to say the innovation of the internet has really been the most important and world-changing technology. It is hard to imagine a world without it now, and what it has done for all areas of life: for business, for society, for politics, for entertainment... the list goes on. There have been other innovations as well, like in health care and in transportation, but the internet and the wide access it gives has really expanded the opportunities for all of these other fields.

ReplyDeleteIn my point of view, the following innovation that might be transpired is mentioned in the field of health care. People in today’s modern era are easier suffered from any kind of bacteria or virus than people in the last decade. Moreover, some normal diseases like any kind of flues require longer period of time than in the past to recover. These conditions really motivate my interest. Despite the fact that our world has invented and improved almost everything to fix citizens’ problem or we can say that the world is more civilized than in the past, but at the same time, why are new diseases dramatically discovered? These two facts should definitely be paralleled, but in reality, they just go in each opposite way. This actually makes me feel curious that why it is happening. Maybe the former medicines or vaccines do not have sufficient quality to resist the new born bacteria. Maybe the world is facing excessively numerous pollution and that makes people are easy to be ill. Or maybe the technology improvement is the main source of new illness. This is what I have seen as a big hole in today’s health care field, and it should be promptly enhanced.
While human knowledge is developing and evolving to find new cures, viruses also develop and evlolve to make new diseases. However, we continue live longer than generations before us.

In today's society as modern world, everything is able to spread widely and quickly, as well as the disease, virus and bacteria. Therefore, i think that scientist, doctor or an expert would try hard to develop the way that make people less suffered from these harmful things. It may be hard to find the way to eliminate such things, but what they can do is trying to make somethings like medicine, antibiotic to prevent them. ReplyDeleteIn this day and age, there are numerous terrible problems such as intra-group conflicts, economic inequality, global warming and severe diseases that is hard for human to survive. I personally think that the amount of birth rate in the future would decline continuously because of such problems, and there would be a following high-tech innovation which is humanlike automatons. These automatons that I am going to say are not similar to ubiquitous robots, but they are the robots that can do or imitate everything like us, human. They, for example, might be able to drive a public bus, perform operation and work as a laborer. Moreover, they might even have some hormones like human that means they might be able to have a baby. Given all mentions perspectives, because humans are the creature that is weak and cannot cope with many severe problems that we are now facing and going to face ahead, we might be replaced by humanlike automatons which are stronger than us.

Compared to health care, technology has been advancing which rapid speed. In the last 10 years i believe there has been more technological inventions then any other fields.
The reason behind this is simple, we have been studying health care for a long time, which results in less chances of a breakthrough discovery. In contrast we are constantly inventing new technology because, we as a species have just began to realize how much technology can potentially change our lives. we have seen it before with the introduction of the internet, and that is just the start of the golden age of technology. The golden age for medical discoveries have long passed, however that is not to say that the health care department has slowed down, there are just so much more things still to play with in technology since its a pretty new field compared to health care.
In short, the majority of the worlds population are just more interested in technology then health care. Prompting more supply and demand in technology than health care, this will result in a higher chance of technological innovations over most of the other fields. this is probably only rivaled with economics because we as people love money. that is a fact.
I guess it depends on where you live and how you live. If you are healthy and wealthy, technology may be your interest. But if you're not, technology is a low priority compared to health care.

Perfect hybrid system could be one of these innovations, it could be a combination of electrical energy and fuel or any renewable energy and fuel. An innovation that could maximize the use of fuel also possible. Nowadays we could bring only about 10% of kinetic energy from fuel the rest are all waste energy but if we could bring out 100% of energy from fuel, we could save the fuel 10 times than before.
This energy saving energy are not beyond our reach we already have a foundation, within 20 years I think it is possible for us to reach that goal where technology could help us save the world.
I think you're right. At some point soon, we have to get away from fossil fuels. High performance electric cars are available now, but the price is not affordable yet. This will be a big development when it happens.
